Johannes Grillari among the Top BOKU Alumni – Vote now!
On 15 October 2022, BOKU Vienna turned 150 years old. On this occasion, the university presents 150 alumni in a brochure and online, highlighting their life journeys and outstanding achievements. Among them is also LBI Trauma director Johannes “Giovanni” Grillari.
Prof Grillari has a long-standing history at the University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences Vienna (BOKU). He graduated there in Biotechnology and went on to accomplish his PhD in the field of cell aging in 1999. In 2010 he was appointed Associate Professor at BOKU. He has founded and lead the Christian Doppler Laboratory on Biotechnology of Skin Aging at BOKU’s Department of Biotechnology.
