Johannes Oesterreicher receives MOVE European Mobility Fellowship

The Extracellular Vesicle societies across Europe got together to form MOVE, the “MObility for Vesicles research in Europe” initiative. The project was created to give early stage scientists the opportunity to work in a lab in a different European country. Johannes Oesterreicher from LBI Trauma’s Vascular Biology group is now MOVE’s first awardee.

The purpose of the MOVE European Mobility Fellowship is to foster collaboration between the members of different European EV Societies and Networks. The Fellowship will enable Johannes Oesterreicher to travel to the lab of Pia Siljander at the University of Helsinki, Finland to discover new projects, develop his technical skills and enlarge his professional network.

In Austria, MOVE is represented and organized by the Austrian Society for Extracellular Vesicles ASEV, of which Wolfgang Holnthoner is the current president.
