LBI Trauma at the TERMIS World Congress 2024 in Seattle

LBI Trauma will be represented at the TERMIS World Congress 2024 in Seattle from 25 to 28 June 2024. Under the motto “Coming together to design better healthcare for all”, the congress brings together the TERMIS chapters from America, Europe and the Asia-Pacific region. Thousands of participants are expected to attend this event, which takes place every four years.

TERMIS (Tissue Engineering and Regenerative Medicine International Society) is the leading global organisation in the field of tissue engineering and regenerative medicine. It promotes education, research and innovation in the field through regular events, training courses and publications of all kinds. TERMIS provides an important international forum for the informed exchange of achievements and challenges in tissue engineering and regenerative medicine.

The LBI Trauma and TERMIS share a long history of co-operation. Heinz Redl, long-time former Director of LBI Trauma, was President of TERMIS Europe from 2016 to 2018, and Susanne Wolbank, Head of the Cell-Based Therapy Group at LBI Trauma, chairs the Strategic Alliance Committee. Conny Schneider, Science Communicator at LBI Trauma, plays an active role in the Event Endorsement Committee as well as the Outreach Committee.

Numerous scientists from the LBI Trauma will give presentations at this year’s congress or be represented as chairs in the programme:
