Interactive COMET™ Seminar in Vienna – Join the Spatial Sessions Roadshow!
Lunaphore and LBI Trauma invite you to an afternoon dedicated to spatial proteomics, multiomics, and hands-on data exploration.
On March 18, from 2:30 to 5:00 PM, researchers and clinicians are welcome to join us in the Boat Room at Filmquartiert (Schönbrunner Str. 31, Vienna) for an interactive seminar hosted by Barbara Schädl, Head of the HaBIT Core Facility at LBI Trauma.
The seminar will focus on how spatial proteomics and multiomics approaches can reveal new biological insights within tissue architecture. Participants will hear directly from COMET users about integrated RNA and protein analyses, gain a practical introduction to the foundations of multiomics image analysis, and see how complex spatial data can be translated into meaningful biological interpretations. A dedicated interactive session will provide a hands-on walkthrough of the COMET™ workflow.
The scientific program features presentations by Szu-Hsien (Sam) Wu (ETH Zürich) on in vivo CRISPR perturbation and spatial cell mapping of colorectal tumors, David Nittner (KU Leuven) on exploring spatial multiomics using COMET, and Müge Akpinar (Lunaphore) on accelerating spatial biology with the COMET platform. The afternoon concludes with a HORIZON software deep-dive by Sonia Leonardelli, (Lunaphore).
If you are interested in spatial biology, advanced imaging, and multiomics workflows, this session offers both conceptual insight and hands-on experience. Go to https://lunaphore.com/our-events/spatial-sessions-roadshow-emea-2026/ , scroll down to March 18 and register!
